The system is an online meeting scheduler platform. You will find all the attendees’ information in the system, including full name, company name, company profile, website, etc.  Through the system’s build-in online messaging and 1-on-1 meetings scheduler, you will able to make appointments with your preferred attendees.
Please notice that in order to protect personal privacy, you will not find attendee’s personal contact information (like email address, phone number) in the system. The only way to connect with other attendees is online messaging and meeting scheduler.

“General admission” is the basic choice for having the 1-on-1 partnering system access. If you are our presenter, exhibitor or sponsor, you will also be able to use it.
For you are the attendees who purchase the “conference pass”, you would not have access to the system.

Company presentation session will be held in an independent room or in the plenary session room.

You will have 10 mins for PowerPoint presentation and 3-5 mins Q&A with the audience.

The audience of company presentation are the selected qualified investors, leaders of renowned biopharma enterprises. We welcome all the other attendee who are interested in high-quality innovations.

All exhibitors will be provided with one table (6’ X 18”) in a 6’ X 8’ booth space. Every table comes with four chairs. Your booth will be your 1-on-1 meeting table, all your meetings will be assigned to your booth automatically.

3. Set out artwork and brochures
